Strategic Alliances.

Paragon GPS Inc. fully intend to create an educational awareness program in partnership with many leading organizations that cater to our primary markets.

It is not our intention in any way to use these organizations as a source of revenue, rather it will be to create an awareness of how our product can assist families who face concerns over the safety of their children and the care of their elders.

By working with related organizations (some examples below), we intend to develop further products giving families even greater protection.

Our fundamental marketing strategy, is being aimed towards the “Infomercial Market”, as our product is deemed as being ideal for this very effective channel of sale and distribution.

Dollar for dollar, infomercials can be the most cost effective form of advertising available. Retailers are willing to carry "as seen on TV" products because they realize that they are big sellers at the retail level. With a great number of sales channels, Paragon GPS, Inc.’s primary channel will be direct sales through television infomercials which will in turn eventually power 75% of our overall sales through creating demand for our products. Our objective is to maintain high sales volumes through this channel, while rapidly expanding sales in retail channels and growing sales in our industry specific marketing channels.
