campaign that plans to educate people about the gravity of child abduction in
today’s changing culture. According to the National Center for Missing and
Exploited Children, a child is abducted or missing every 40 seconds. Statistics
from law enforcement also show that 44 percent of children who are abducted are
murdered within the first hour; 74 percent by the second hour.

Paragon GPS Inc. Are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Charles Skylis
as our new President.
Charles Skylis, CEO, brings a wealth of upper level management experience and
marketing expertise to Paragon GPS. Mr. Skylis has served in management
positions with several large corporations, including, Lens Express, CDI Holdings
and HME. We feel that the addition of Mr. Skylis to our management team will
give us a competitive edge in the marketplace, due to Mr. Skylis’s experience in
developing new markets, and in maximizing productivity in existing markets. Mr.
Skylis also has extensive experience in developing and growing distribution
channels. In today’s marketplace, companies must develop and grow distribution
channels if they are to effectively market their products and services.
Companies can no longer handle all of their sales “in house” if they are to
effectively compete and meet demand in this ever changing and growing global
